What We've learnt today

Iwe worked on familising ourselves with some of the video effects. As we know that during the post production, we will need to be able to development and showcase our editing skills. and ideally it is essential for us to be able to add in effects.

Which is why we played around with the speed, to see how slow motion and fast motion will work and the difficulties that has on lip syncing with the song and ways in which this issue can be solved or avoided.

We also tried out the echo effect, and we absolutely love it. The image of two of you is just wicked, it makes the music video the more interesting and just something to keep you entertained. As you will be watching it and thinking "wow that's really cool, how did they achieve that." Shout out to Msttew by the way, for showing us how to do all these things.

It's as simple as applying the stabilizer. However, its more difficult in the sence that there's a lot that must be altered, like the brightness of the clip when you use echo, as it makes the image extremely bright.

We also learnt how to color fix the clips, we plan t maybe use thins when arranging Kwabz scene(the first verse) , as it will make the scene seen more depressing, if its on a blue like colour tint, adding more sadness and sympathy for the audience.

Overall, it was rather fun and interesting to just try these different things out and to have a potential idea of what sort of effects will will consider to use during the post production stage.
