Update on filming schedule by Esther

As you are already aware, the last time we went out to film was on Friday the 13th. And it was a successful day for us, as we managed to shoot Kapone's entire scene and got back up shots too just in case. We even made it back in time to add the shots we produced to the copy of the rough cut we are producing.

Now, due the fact there won't be any college until next Thursday, and our next media lesson won't be until the Friday following. We have decided to take out the equipment we took out with us on Friday and keep it until the Thursday back.

So because of that, we will be filming the rest of the shots that needs to be done on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have off. As this will enable us to use our time wisely and hopefully be very productive.

You're probably wondering what those days wil consist of. So I will briefly explain the plan we have come up with and add it to our orginal filming schedule.

Tuesday: We plan on getting the last scene of the music video done. This is the scene were all three artists are seem together. Where it will be set in Alexandra Palace and  the cemetery located at White Hart Lane.

Friday: We plan to finally get the church seen done, as we wait for notification from a Church Joel has found. We may also add to Joel's scene, as I feel like though what we have is great, we should also vary the locations that are in the music video, as the different locations is good at making sure the audience doesn't get bored. And this is also inspiration fro mthe previous student music video. I had a look at it yesterday and though that it was very effective in the way they had so much different locations. It gave the song and music video more depth. Therefore, we could also try that out too. We also plan to go out around the city and gather as many establishing shots. These shots will be useful for us as they will fill in the empty places at the start of our music video. Though the intial idea was to only show the faces of the artists, as will as the establishing shots will be effective too, if we add that with the faces of the artists. As UK music videos tend to have a lot of establishing shots, you can also identify that as a convention they have. Which is ehy we want to do that.

Therefore, after all of this is done, we can finally fully work on our rough cut and final product, and then move on to make a start for our ancillary work. I honestly can't wait.
