Base tracks Base track is the singer is in one location in the video. The contents of the video pass and we return to the artist back in that same location. This is shown repeatedly within the song.
Special effect editing Special effects editing doesn’t appear in many music videos however the ones that it does appear it often enhances them. It often ranges from a crazy mixture of colours, or can be something as simple as a small explosion or a group of zombies.
Jump Cuts The jump cut is used in almost all editing from Broadcast narratives and music videos. It is a cut taking from two positions that only vary slightly.
